    This includes the recipient’s name, address, HS (GTIP) code on the invoice, phone number, and postal code.

    If your shipment is commercial, a proforma or commercial invoice is required. This should include the product name, unit price, total value, and product description.
    For personal shipments, a declaration on the airway bill is usually sufficient.
